These terms govern the relationship between NEO Editorial and people who visit the site, request information, contract an editorial program or buy products once the store is enabled. Before any contract is confirmed, the specific scope, price, payment method and, where applicable, shipping terms will be shown.
1. Identity and contact
NEO Editorial is a Grupo NEO brand. Legal ownership belongs to Lescano Martín Ariel, tax ID 20-22083218-0, with a registered address at 56 739 – Colón, Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. General support is available at info@neoeditorial.com and WhatsApp is linked throughout the site.
2. Current store status
The store is in preparation and is not an active sales offer. While the store-in-preparation notice is visible, no new commercial orders or payments are processed. The catalog may show works, formats and informational records; final availability and prices will be confirmed when checkout is enabled.
3. Editorial services
An editorial program may include consultation, editing, proofreading, design, layout, publication, identity, communication and training according to the accepted plan and proposal. Scope, deliverables, schedule, number of works, revisions, rights and price are documented in the specific proposal or agreement. Website copy does not replace that document.
4. Catalog and products
Each listing should identify, as applicable, author, format—physical book, e-book or audiobook—edition, price, currency, taxes, availability and delivery method. Images represent the announced edition. NEO may correct manifest errors or remove a listing before accepting an order, informing the user and refunding any amount charged in error.
5. Order, price and payment
An order is received when the system displays confirmation; final acceptance remains subject to availability, payment validation and delivery details. Total price, extra charges and payment terms are shown before confirmation. Payment providers may apply their own checks; NEO never requests passwords or security codes through informal channels.
6. Delivery, digital products and complaints
Preparation, dispatch, delivery, digital access and incident handling are described in Shipping and returns. Digital products will disclose the access method and conditions of use before purchase. Complaints should include the order number and a clear description of the issue.
7. Cancellation and withdrawal
Distance contracts can be submitted through the WITHDRAWAL BUTTON. The channel requires no account and sends a tracking code by email. The request is assessed under Argentine Consumer Law 24,240, its regulations and the exceptions applicable to each product or service; it is not an automatic refund approval.
8. Intellectual property and site use
Site text, marks, designs, photographs and code belong to their respective owners and may not be copied or commercially exploited without permission. Authors retain rights not assigned by contract; the exact publishing, promotional and usage license comes from the signed proposal or agreement.
9. Support and resolution
For questions or complaints, write to info@neoeditorial.com with your name, email and case reference. We will respond through the same channel within a reasonable time. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
