Legal ownership belongs to Lescano Martín Ariel, tax ID 20-22083218-0, with a registered address at 56 739 – Colón, Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. This policy covers neoeditorial.com, its /es/, /pt/ and /en/ versions, forms, newsletter, catalog and related services.

2. Data we may receive

We may receive your name, email, country, phone, project stage, work details, contact preferences, order and delivery data, and the information you include in a withdrawal request. Forms may also record the date, source page and minimum security data.

• We do not request sensitive data to receive a consultation.
• Payment details are processed by the payment provider identified at checkout; NEO does not request passwords or full card numbers by email or WhatsApp.

3. Purposes

We use data to answer inquiries, prepare editorial consultations, provide services, manage orders and delivery when applicable, handle cancellation or withdrawal requests, send updates where consent exists and protect the site. We do not sell databases or use data for incompatible purposes.
