This policy describes the planned flow for physical books, digital products and return requests. The store is temporarily in preparation: no new payments are accepted while the preparation notice is visible, and concrete rates, destinations and estimates will be shown before checkout is enabled.
1. Destinations and availability
Only destinations with confirmed logistics will be offered. Country, postal code and address are validated before payment. If a destination is unavailable, we will say so before confirmation and offer an alternative when possible.
2. Costs and estimates
Shipping cost appears separately or within the total before confirmation. The estimate starts after payment clears and preparation is complete. Weekends, holidays, customs and carrier delays can extend it; special conditions are disclosed at checkout.
3. Address and receipt
The buyer must check the recipient name, phone and address. If the carrier cannot deliver or the address is insufficient, reattempts or extra charges may arise and will be explained before being charged. Keep the tracking information and inspect the parcel on receipt.
4. Damage, shortage or error
Report visible damage, missing items or the wrong product to info@neoeditorial.com within a reasonable time, ideally within 48 hours, including the order number and photographs. We will assess the case and coordinate replacement, return or refund as required.
5. Returns and withdrawal
A distance purchase can be submitted through the WITHDRAWAL BUTTON. No registration is required; we will email a tracking code. Rights, deadlines and exceptions depend on the product or service and applicable law. We will explain the return method and costs when applicable.
6. E-books and audiobooks
Digital access is sent to the supplied email or enabled through the stated channel. Do not share access links. If digital content begins with your authorization before the legal period ends, statutory withdrawal exceptions may apply; this information is shown before confirmation.
